Ranch Crackers

9 02 2011

Someone made these around Christmas time and my kids loved them.  They are pretty easy to make and are a great snack for the kids. Not to mention I loved them as well.

The key to these crackers is making sure that you don’t buy the generic oyster crackers.  They are to thin and you need the puffy ones. So make sure to buy the Nabisco Oyster Crackers.

Oyster Crackers

Mix together 3/4 cup oil, 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix, 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and 1 tsp. dill.  Once it is all mixed together dump it over the oyster crackers and stir well.  Then bake it in the oven for 30 min stirring every 10 minutes.

Out of the Oven

There you go you have a great ranch flavored cracker for your self, the kids, or at a gathering to snack on.  Enjoy!
