I have had a Bundt pan for many years now and have never made a Bundt cake. I actually got the pan so that my husband could make a cinnamon pull apart bread but the recipe we had didn’t turn out very well and since then I have made nothing with my Bundt cake pan. Until last week. This was super fast and really tasty. It would be great to take to a potluck or any gathering where you might need a dessert.
Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
~ 1 (18.25 oz.) package yellow cake mix
~ 1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
~ 1 cup milk
~ 1 cup vegetable oil
~ 4 eggs
~ 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
~ Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, milk, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan or Bundt cake pan.
2. Bake at 350o F for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
