This weeks basket had lettuce, artichokes, beets, tomatoes, apples, potatoes, strawberries, oranges, mangos, pineapple, jicama, and bananas.
For those of you that haven’t had fresh artichokes before the easiest way to eat them is to cut the stem off and steam them until the base is fork tender. Then peel the leaves off and dip in garlic butter, mayo, or any other of your favorite dressing.

Please remember that everyone who helps run Bountiful Baskets is a volunteer so be gracious and thankful when picking up your produce. The volunteers do the best that they can to get you awesome produce at a great price and without them there would be no Bountiful Basket!
